This policy explains how Oko Security (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website. It does not cover the Oko product, which is governed by your agreement with us.
What we collect
- Early-access sign-ups. When you sign up for early access, we collect your work email and the name, company, role and message you choose to add.
- Emails you send us. If you contact us by email, we keep the correspondence.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the site, including limiting repeated form submissions. We use them only for security and reliability.
This website does not use advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies for analytics or marketing.
How we use it
- To send your early-access invite and set up your account.
- To send you information you’ve asked for about Oko.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Sign-ups are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting and the tools we use to manage customer conversations. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep sign-up information for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our business relationship, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing privacy@okosecurity.com.
Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change, and revise the date above.
